Who is entitled?

The Embassy, Consular Section, issues temporary travel documents/ Laissez-passer (Leje-Kalimi) to only Albanian nationals residing in or visiting the Netherlands, who are not in possession of a valid travel passport and wish/have to return to Albania.

Documents needed

The Albanian nationals have to appear personally at the Embassy, Consular Section, and provide proofs of their identity, such as ID card, birth certificate, expired passports or driving licenses. 

In the case of a stolen passport, a police report from the local police authorities is required. 

For the issuing are needed also 2 (two) recent, passport-sized photographs, confirmation of the payment of the respective consular fee (refer to consular fees) and the completed and duly signed application form.
