Consular services fees are regulated in accordance to Article 11 of the Law no. 9975, dated 28.07.2008 "On national taxes" and the instruction of the Minister of Finance, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Interior no. 38 dated 21.11.2008:

I. Fees for issuing travel documents and visa:

1 . Biometric passport: 170 €

2 . ID card: 16 €

4. Visa fees: Reciprocity (see fees for visas); 

5. Temporary travel document/Laissez-Passer: 30 €;

II. Fees for issuance, verification and legalization of documents:

1 . Certificate of any kind issued to Albanian citizens: 30 €

2 . Certificate of any kind issued to foreign citizens: Reciprocity

3 . Attestation of any kind issued to Albanian citizens: 30 €

4 . Attestation of any kind issued to foreign citizens: Reciprocity

5 . Document authentication for Albanian citizens: 10 €

6 . Legalization of documents for Albanian citizens: 20 €

7 . Legalization of documents for foreign citizens: Reciprocity

III. Fees for issuing and compiling notarial acts and translation of documents from Missions

1 . Compilation of statements, authorizations, wills, warranties and special procurements: 20 € /page

2 . Authentication of duplicates and copies: 20 € / page

3 . Translation of documents: 10 € / page
