We would like to inform you that all persons who will travel from Albania to the Netherlands will have to fill in the self-quarantine form upon arrival or return to the Netherlands. This rule will enter into force on February 8, 2022.
From 8 February, all persons arriving in the Netherlands after staying in Albania must self-quarantine for a period of 5 days, despite being vaccinated or have recovered from COVID-19. People who are travelling to the Netherlands will also have to show a negative test result. A negative PCR test should be no older than 48 hours before departure, a negative antigen test should be no older than 24 hours before departure.
For this purpose, all travellers need to carry with them a printed, completed or signed quarantine declaration (accessible at: https://quarantinedeclaration.government.nl/en ).
Travelers can end the quarantine period if they get tested on day 5 after their arrival and the test result is negative. Travelers can make an appointment with the GGD for a PCR test on day 5 (see: https://www.government.nl/topics/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-test/g... ).
In addition to their vaccination certificate and quarantine declaration, all persons traveling to the Netherlands will also need to carry a COVID-19 negative test. A negative PCR test should be no older than 48 hours before travel; a negative antigen test should be no older than 24 hours before departure.
